Our delegation of VOW women was on the go - and the youthful energy in the 'multigenerational' group kept me moving. We met at the Olympia Cafe for early morning meetings several times and an early morning meeting led me into such a beautiful conversation with Sindy from Toronto. Caring radiates. Take a look at the good work that the South African Embrace Foundation is doing.

I think Sindy' smile was the gift I needed that day. Never underrate the smile. I enjoyed our conversation about South Africa . I think of my friend Nicola, a teaching colleague and Hardie, a fellow artist from the UAE. So, in Sindy's smile I remember conversations of Table Mountain in Johannesburg and the beauty of the sunrise there. Her team's effort support rural development, HIV aids awareness, youth and education.
